So which one is CORRECT?

If you've ever picked a color only to have it turn out different than you expected, this little trick would probably have made a world of differentce... 

Is it possible to "Change the Colors" in your home simply by changing light bulbs?

The answer is, ABSOLUTELY!

For color to appear, it requires LIGHT. 

NO LIGHT = NO COLOR

But light can have different COLOR TEMPERATURES based on the time of day (light coming from the sun)... or the type of light bulbs we choose (light generated from inside our home).

It's been a little over 3 months since I released a new video.

The reason for this break was because I had a few BIG PROJECTS on the go and I wanted to make sure not to spread myself too thin. One of those projects involve me now having to wear a ring :)

So yesterday afternoon, I got ready to shoot some new videos but something changed a few minutes after I sat down with this cup of Tea...

The result?

A video that is perhaps a bit different than what you may be used to seeing from me... but I believe strongly that it has the potential of affecting you (in a positive way) so much more than anything I could ever teach you about Painting or Color...

There are 2 things that come into play when we conclude whether or not we are attracted to an offer:

1- The PRICE

2- The STORY

But as you'll discover in this week's video, YOUR STORY is often not given a chance to be heard... or worst, it's replaced with a completely different one.

Whether you'r a DIY using tape to help with the cutting in... or you're a Professional Painter using tape to create a paint border in the middle of a wall...

You may have had to deal with a stubborn tape that was hard to remove... or worst, that was peeling away some of the paint.  

Why is that?

And what can I do to avoid this?

The simple answer can be found in this week's video.

Usually, I like to resume the content of a video to a point where you can at least see if it applies to you or not or if it's worth your time to watch it.

BUT...

Seeing how this video applies to ANYONE... and I mean, ABSOLUTELY ANYONE!

I will simply say this... YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF (AND THE REST OF US) TO LISTEN TO IT... AND TO TAKE SOME TIME AFTERWARDS TO TRULY REFLECT ON IT.

This is a question that should never be left unanswered.

Deciding which one will be best to target is a discussion I'd recommend having with a local Realtor - someone who really knows the state of your market.

But one thing I often see people do when we are asked to come in to do some painting in preparation for selling... is try to go somewhere in the middle in an effort to save money and appeal to both markets.

But like most things in life, when we try to please everyone, we end up pleasing no one...
